Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer - National Board of Legal Specialty Certification
I have served as a New Jersey criminal defense attorney for 23 years. I am recognized as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. I am also a Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). The NBTA, accredited by the American Bar Association, uses objective standards and intense criteria to determine if an attorney should be granted the designation of Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialist. My experience and tenacity are well known throughout Northern New Jersey's State, Federal, and Municipal Courts. In addition to representing clients in Newark and neighboring cities, my office often works with defendants in
* Essex
* Passaic
* Middlesex
* Morris
* Bergen
* Union and
* Hudson Counties.
I have also represented clients from other parts of the country who are being investigated for criminal activity which occurred while they were residents of New Jersey.
In addition to my role as a New Jersey criminal defense attorney, I provide expert legal analysis to news agencies regarding current events and changes in the legal system. I am also a frequent lecturer at New Jersey Continuing Legal Education Seminars. I am a Vice President of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey and a lifetime member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I am also the immediate past President of the Inns of Court.
